Fitness Training
We are introducing our exclusive cash-only maintenance and post rehab program at A. Yumang Physical Therapy. This unique opportunity is for patients committed to continuing their training beyond Rehab. Our program covers many areas to ensure your health, strength, balance, stability, and mobility are at their best.
We focus on training performance muscles, continued core stability, support, and accessory muscles crucial for your daily activities, function, and leisure after graduation. Establish this before you graduate from Rehab; you can continue your training seamlessly. Otherwise, you will need a PT Consult after your graduation so your therapist can provide the most up-to-date planning, strategies, and goals.
Our program offers flexibility in training options. You can choose:
Train with your PT, PTA, or Fitness trainer, depending on your preference and budget. You can opt for a package of 12 sessions or book individual training sessions for more value. We have 20-minute, 30-minute, or 40-minute sessions available, so you can find a schedule that fits your lifestyle. This flexibility is designed to make your training as convenient as possible, fitting seamlessly into your daily routine.
Exercise to Go. If you cannot come frequently, we can continue to update your progress, provide monthly feedback, or keep in touch with your gains. Our program is designed to cater to your individual needs. We will provide access to an exercise app where you can correspond with your trainer and give feedback and updates. This personalized approach ensures that your training always aligns with your goals and preferences, making you feel valued and important in your journey to better health.
Rest assured, our program is designed to address all the critical areas of your physical health. We will continue improving your strength, endurance, core stability, athletic performance, and posture, ensuring that you maintain your progress during rehabilitation. This comprehensive approach ensures that no aspect of your health is overlooked, giving you peace of mind about your overall well-being.
Improve strength: We will perform using weight training, free weights, monitored strength testings, and updates.
Improve Endurance: Use appropriate equipment such as treadmills, bikes, and plyometrics.
Improve Core Stability: Perform strength training and core training, which includes gym balls, kettlebells, and BOSUball.
Improve athletic performance: Continue to address areas that stand out during your therapy and must be sustained to help you reach your peak performance. As appropriate, we will work on agility, coordination, balance, stability, strength, and posture.
Improve Posture: Help decrease the long-term effects of poor posture and reduce unforeseen musculoskeletal issues.
This program is cash-only and is not covered by your insurance.
It is best to establish this plan before you graduate from rehab to avoid having to book a PT Consult. If you choose to start after you finish your Rehab and graduation, you will need a PT consult to establish this; that will be the most critical first step.
