Our Massage Therapist, with their expert hands-on technique, is adept at decreasing tightness, spasms, and trigger points. They utilize several methods, such as Swedish, sports massage, soft tissue release, trigger point, or manual stretching, and perform other procedures like cupping or IASTM.
This expertise helps to increase blood flow and aid in recovery time, making it ideal for soreness after a hard workout or tightness from strain. The 60-minute session includes history-taking for first-time clients and open communication with your therapist about specific target areas you want addressed, ensuring you get the most out of your session. You can also express your preferences for particular procedures or techniques. If you are a repeat client, your massage therapist will be familiar with your session, allowing you to continue your treatment plan and preference with your massage needs.These are good for Neck pain, low back pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, or if you want relaxation.
