This comprehensive program includes evaluation, treatment, training, and testing, followed by coaching on what to do to sustain your gains. This starts with a thorough assessment that takes anywhere between 30 min to 45 min. We will assess the sources of pain, such as ligaments, meniscus, joint surface, and muscles. We will also address the factors that could affect the speed of your recovery. If it is a new injury, we will help you to get to your prior level of function, active and without pain. If it is a chronic lingering problem, we will address what is causing the flare-up and help decrease the frequency.

After the evaluation, we will visit with you with a plan. The plan is not to just relieve your pain temporarily or just help you manage the pain. It is to help you get to the pre-injury level/pre-flare-up level and get you back to your goal. The goal typically is more than just pain relief but also being able to get you back to the things you love to do. If you are active, we want to get you back active, like running, playing ball, or back to complete activities without pain. If you would like to function like walking to your mailbox, do your chores without pain and discomfort. We can help you achieve this goal as well. We will also work closely with your physician with reports so you can have the most optimum care and plan. For the younger population, common diagnoses related to this program are patellofemoral tracking issues and Osgood-Schlatter’s disease. For the older population, it tends to be Arthritis flare-up and Tendinitis.

We also use different procedures as appropriate, such as Blood Flow Restriction (BFR), Dry needling, Graston Technique, Soft Tissue Oscillation, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and kinesiotaping.

For this comprehensive program, you may file for insurance or pay cash. Your insurance may require a physician's prescription.

For Post-Surgery: We will work in close collaboration with your surgeon by sending detailed reports on evaluation, interim visits, and discharge. This will ensure your optimum care and provide a comprehensive approach to your recovery.

Knee Rehab Video

Ryan performs an advanced knee rehab exercise for athletes. This is more for patients that are past pain focus but instead more on strength and sustaining gains focus. This tends to be in the second half of knee rehab.
