Graston Technique

Our unique approach involves the use of a patented metal tool for instrument-assisted mobilization, setting it apart as a specialized form of massage. This tool allows our clinicians to assess and break up scar tissue, making it particularly effective for chronic issues such as elbow tendinitis, patellar tendinitis, and plantar fasciitis. It's also beneficial for weight lifters, aiding in scar tissue breakdown and muscle fiber alignment when combined with stretching. (20 min)

If you have insurance, they will cover this as part of the PT Encounter. To facilitate this, you need an established PT Care plan and be in active therapy sessions.

At our clinic, we understand that everyone's needs are different.  That's why we offer flexibility in session duration.Your first session will take 30 minutes, but you have the power to choose a shorter session (20 minutes) or a longer session (60 minutes) or remain at 30 minutes. Just let your clinician know what works best for you. It's all about putting you in control of your therapy.
