Our Competitive Edge Program is a comprehensive solution for young athletes ages 8-18 eager to enhance their performance while minimizing the risk of injury. We aim to establish a strong foundation of biomechanics, stability, endurance, strength, and power, enabling athletes to excel in their sport and stay injury free. We will address all aspects, from limited mobility and flexibility to muscle imbalances, posture, and sport specific training, leaving no stone unturned I n your athletic development. Competitive Edge is not a one-size-fits-all program. It starts with a thorough assessment and testing designed to identify areas that can be improved to enhance performance and reduce the risk of injuries.
